Tara Mandy has reached the Reiki Master Teacher Level in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Tara began her studies in 2017 with Marilyn Vega, who was certified by John Harvey Gray, a direct student of Usui disciple Madame Hawayo Takata.

In 2021, Tara became a Certified Sound Practitioner through the Integrative Sound & Music Institute of the Open Center. Additionally, Tara has completed the Sound Healer Curriculum at KIN Unified Healing.

Tara is also a Certified HeartMath Practitioner (pending).

Tara’s work draws on her experiences, conversations, and studies with healing masters across many disciplines. Tara has had the great fortune of learning from Marilyn Vega, Silvia Nakkach, John Beaulieu, ND, Ph.D., Noël Graupner, Thomas Amelio, Glen Velez, Loire Cotler, Yamuna Jivana Das, Rakesh Mishra, Janelle Corpuz Hethcoat, Alex Falk, and Rudra Bach.
