A Course in Self-Healing

This six-month course meets one night per month (via Zoom) to cover topics ranging from meditation and mantras to sleep hygiene, sattvic inputs, and healing past traumas. Workshops are supplemented with content, discussions, and community support through an engaging private Facebook group.

Note: this course is a pre-requisite to Mastering Your Energy (Spring/Summer 2022)

WATCHING YOUR MIND (Oct 5)
Learn how to slow the mind, understand the power of word frequencies and thoughtforms, and choose meditation and mantra practices that work for you. 

RAISING YOUR FREQUENCY (Nov 2)
Explore the three Gunas of Ayurveda (tamas, rajas, and sattva) and create a plan to boost your sattvic inputs.

PRIORITIZING YOUR SLEEP HYGIENE (Nov 30)
Understand how sympathetic nervous system overstimulation disrupts sleep; learn critical morning and bedtime routines to regulate your Circadian Rhythm, plus what to do when you wake at 3am.

IDENTIFYING LIMITING BELIEFS (Jan 4)
Identify your hidden beliefs about your own body, health, illness, and pain; choose one destructive belief and learn how to dismantle it.

MASTERING EMOTIONS (Feb 1)
Understand the purpose of emotions and how trapped emotions affect the body; learn how to successfully process an emotion and how to bring in more high vibe emotions. 

HEALING PAST TRAUMAS (Mar 1)
Explore the difference between pain and suffering; learn how to identify, honor, and release past physical and emotional traumas.
